Does NOT fit most 17" Laptops
I bought this bag for my 17" Dell M90, and it won't accomodate the laptop at all. The interior dimensions are 15.4" x 10.2" x 1.8".(391mmx259mmx45mm).
haven't bought it...why???
because the WRONG dimensions are on listed for the item. How can they be the same as the smaller sleeve?!?!?! It would be nice if you could let amazon know but apparenlty they do not have contact info like a normal compnay at the bottom of the page. Not even for the webmaster. Nice.

Best database software on market - but upgrading is a bummer
FileMaker Pro [FMP] is without a doubt the best and easiest database software for home or small business users -- far easier to learn and use than Microsoft Access, and great flexibility. Constructing a relational database (tying together, for instance, client names, invoices, expenses, etc) is a snap and the Help files really are helpful. Lack of a printed manual [rather than just a scanned file] is a downer.
I can now manage the Web...
When I heard that you could actually insert a Web brower such as IE or Safari right into a database, I was a little skeptical. But after downloading the FileMaker Pro 8.5 free trial and actually doing it, it blew my mind and I purchased the software. I tried doing adding a Web browser to my Access database but I gave up after days of struggling away with a bunch of Active X controls, etc. Now, I just simply add a URL to a the details of a record and I've got updated info on the customers I track in my Marketing Research practice. I can also add just about anything to my database records, video clips, digital photos, sound files and I can send off records to my clients in PDFs or in Excel right out of FileMaker. Very cool! ... This product scratched my laptop.
There is a little Body Glove metal logo attached to this sleeve. The metal tabs are not exposed; they are covered by the inner surface of the sleeve.
Nice case for the price.
The thing I liked about this case most was the price.For $13.99 (pre-shipping/tax)you can't beat it.I do wish it fit my laptop better.I have a 14.1" screen and my laptop is about 1.4" thick, and there is plenty of extra room.It sounds like, from reading other reviews, if you have a little bit thicker of a laptop and a 15" screen, this case will be perfect for you.Thickness is not as much of a problem as general length and width of the case.That is where it is suprisingly big.Altogether I am very happy with this case.

Wonderful program, allows a lot of options that are not available with other similarly advertised spreadsheets. Very user friendly.

Save your money
Attempted to upgrade from 97 to 2003... bad move... none of my access 97 programs work now... in fact I, I brought home a 2003 access database from work to see if it was an incampatibility problem between the two versions... nope... the upgrade just didn't work.....had to purchase a full version to set things right... save your money on this product...

Keep Access 2000
This software is not worth upgrading.I think Access 2000 is the best database and 2002 is good if you want to use Data Access Pages.Access 2003 has a lot of bugs.I'm having trouble with basic formulas.This is very frustrating. Re : Internet Activation Policy

Big but heavy
Well designed bag with lots of room for extra stuff. Tough and rugged with high quality materials throughout. Great bag if your are taking your computer on the Iditarod Trail sled dog race. However, if you don't have a sled you are in real trouble.The bag weighs more than my 17" laptop.If I add any paperwork I feel like I'm lugging around my office desk with paperweights. The good thing is that the big heavy bag comes with a seperate lighter bag for the computer.On local trips I throw my computer in that and carry a seperate notebook.

Excellent fit for large 17" screen laptop.
I've just gotten a E1705 Dell laptop - it's got a 17" screen and is significantly larger than my last machine. This new machine fits very nicely into this bag, and the "Contour" feature of it is effective too. I really like the nesting handles too. While it doesn't lack plenty of nooks & crannies to stash the bits & pieces you need with your box, it's the power brick that never seems to have a suitable place in laptop bags, you know?

Great update
I've been a File Maker user for a long long time (Claris days). This lastest upgrade is fantastic. I programed the databases we use at work for our contacts, calls, quotes, packing lists, RMAs, POs, etc. We have a mix Mac/PC environment and FM fits right in. It's an invaluable tool.
Like a bunch of databases applications, all in one product.
Think you don't need a database?What about for managing customer contacts, sending email campaigns, tracking inventory or handling expense reports? All that stuff is easier when the data is organized as collection of records - or, as a "database."
