WORKS FOR ME
IT does slow your computer down a little, but I would rather have that then have a software not catch it. I am very happy with Webroot's products. I also have used Window Washer for over 10 years.I have tested Lava-Soft SE, Norton,& Zone Alarms anti-spy programs. Seems they all catch something the other ones missed. But Spy sweeper has caught the most serious ones.

Two Problems
My OS is Windows XP Pro SP2.
Terrible
I have been using Spysweeper for years and liked it.No more.I have a older machine that runs well.Until I put 5.0 on it.This is a case of the cure being worse than the disease!ONLY consider this if you are running over a gig of memory at above 2 GHz.Probably need a dual core and a huge L2 cache with RAID 0 twin hard drives, too.Even then, once you up-grade to VISTA (Spring '07 (?!)) forget about it!SO if you spent $2000+ on a box this spring or $1500+ on a box this summer you might want to consider this POC. (Be sure to ask Webroot about VISTA compatibility).

Upgraded and happy
Outlook 2003 was a huge difference from my previous version.It is very user friendly if you just install and get going.I purchased an Outlook book to help me get going, and it was great.

Garbage
As a user of this and other Norton products and as a tech-support professional, I must tell you that the bad reviews are true. I used to be a big fan of Norton products until recently.
Junk - Symantec should be ashamed
Search for Amazon item number 10099566 to see an overwhelming number of bad reviews of Norton AntiSpam 2004.They didn't improve the product much in the 2005 version.It is really disgusting that Symantec has leveraged the Norton brand, formerly known for quality, with the cynical money grab that is Norton AntiSpam.Absolute junk software, with comically bad support.I hope to see a class action lawsuit against Symantec for selling this product that they certainly know is defective in a myriad of ways.

Old Version
The product was fine, but, I received an older version and as a result I couldn't properly update it even after registering it.As a result, I purchased the newest version available directly from Lavasoft and it works fine and I have had no trouble updating it.Why didn't you specify what version it was on your website; then I could have made an informed decision?

Ordered version 1.06, but was sent v. 1.05. Lavasoft website will upgrade the old version if I send them my order number. However they will not accept an Amazon number. Amazon customer support said sorry, that they would accept a return and provide a refund.I will be more careful where I buy software in the future.

Not That Great
Just typical Anti-Spyware. The worst thing about it in my opinion is the Ad Watch Program included. It won't let you play any flash movies. Had to disable it making Ad Aware basically useless. Spysweeper still seems to be the one to go with. ... Read more

It installed assorted other programs, slowed my system down BIG TIME, and caused many, many problems and conflicts.
Simply the best out there
Nothing tops it, it is simply the best out there.This thing even has a blacklist and whitelist so you can allow what type of threats you want coming through your computer, and what threats you don't.It does a very thorough scan and by far the best I have seen yet.The only con I would give it is that It does not have password protection, they should have known better than that, but besides that I see nothing wrong with this program.Even has a built in CW Shredder and can clear all your browsing history and temp folder.It's amazing, you've gotta get it, my definitions are updated about every other day.

Only catches half the spam
This software only catches half the spam I get.When it misses emails with text such as "Banned government CD" I have to wonder if they guys are updating their software at all.

Awesome Product
I've been using Stompsoft products for quite some time and have been happy overall. I have to say that this one is my favorite. I travel all of the time and being able to encrypt my portable media is critical. This is the only software I'll use to do it. It's easy to use, works well and is inexpensive. Definitely recommend.

Just a correction to the other reviews...
This is actually CoffeeCup VisualSite Designer 3.0. It is a okay sort of an editor with some okay templates. If you are innovative enough and with some knowledge of DHTML you can create a good looking functional web page. As the other reviwers said, the homepage is saved in a propreitary .vnu format. To make the pages usable, you need to publish HTML using Files->Export option that will create the HTML pages. Hope this helps someone.

Waste of Money.
The other reviewer was right on the money.I bought this software, learned how to use it, (simple enough) and spent time creating a multi-page site only to discover that it is impossible to publish.I tried publishing it through the links on the software but cannot.Of course you discover this only after paying for a site host.Now I have web space and no site to put there.I can build a site using the host supplied software so why did I pay for this?I can't give this any stronger negative feedback, this company are a bunch of thieves!

MIcrosoft Outlook
Probably the worst program known to mankind. Will destroy your computer. Consistently crashes and renders other programs inoperable. Don't know why Gates isn't in jail for this one.

Outlook 2002 slower than Outlook 2000
Besides Hotmail support, there really is no difference between Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002 except for speed.If you already have Outlook 2000, DO NOT UPGRADE!Why?Because it is slower than Outlook 2000 (at least on my machine).In Outlook 2000, I used to be able to click on a message and it would instantly pop up.In Outlook 2003, it takes a good 2-3 seconds.As the saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Installation nightmare
I installed NAS with windows XP and it would not work.
A waste of money, time and energy; crazy-making
Worked fine initially. Then it deteriorated. Took forever to enter a posting into Norton Antispam (to designate it as spam). Then inexplicably my e-mail on Outlook Express6 got very buggy. Finally, I started getting duplicates, triplicates and quadruplicates of the same spam with minor variations, endlessly; and Norton Antispam began precedingthe sender information in every incoming e-mail, including my professional listserv e-mails, with "[Norton Antispam]" (as shown here, in brackets). This resulted in my needing to delete the "[Norton Antispam"] when I replied to an e-mail posting. At one point I noticed that my listserv postings (professional group communications) hadvery sharply diminished in number. Ultimately, I found that Norton Antispam had-- apparently for my convenience-- segregated these into theNorton Antispam folder. There I found some 2,000 e-mails, all with "[Norton Antispam"] preceding the senders' addresses. Many of these were my professional listserv messages; others were the usual obnoxious scams and spams for which one purchasesantispam software; however, when I tried to click on the button that tells Norton Antispam that "this is spam," I found it to be greyed out, and NONE OF THE MESSAGES COULD NOWBE DESIGNATED AS SPAM, apparently because they now had been funneled to me THROUGH Norton Antispam, like a gift. (I was, however, given the option to click on the button to indicate that "this is NOT spam.")

So far so good...
I have this software for about 4 months now and have no quams with it.You can set which programs can access the net without issues or you can set strict limitations such that the program (1) either has to ask permission to enter the net or (2) can not access the net at all.This is great considering that one my pc's has spyware that can not be removed.Annoying popups don't occur anymore as a result of restricting access of these spywares programs from going online.I'm also using Windows XP and find no compatibility issues when using ZAW Security, which another big plus.All in all a good program, especially for the price I got it for (19.99) ...
