Mail List
When I purchased this product I thought it would save alot of time. Let's just say you get what you pay for.

Antiquated software
We used this software for our wedding invitations a while back. To be kind, it's antiquated.Note in the description that it is designed to run on Windows 3.x (which predates Win95, Win98, and Win2K) ... there is a reason why it says that.Although MyMailList can manage a mail list and print out a variety of label and evelope formats (including custom ones), the user interface is pretty clunky compared with current software.We're about to send out another mailing and we're not going to use this any more; we're looking for new software. ... There are better alternatives out there!
Have suffered with this program for two years. Much too complicated.Frustration is off the scale. Too many shortcomings

Cost vs benefit?
When the cost of a technical support phone call costs more than the program, it should tell you something. Lockups, error messages - what is your time worth?Spend a little more for something that works.

Just What I Looking For
This software isn't perfect but it certainly served my purposes for getting holiday cards out this year. The database was easy to use. The help menus were good but sometimes did not match what was contained in the pulldown menus. I loved the label and envelope templates but they all omittedthe salutation field (Mr. Ms. etc.) and I had to make my own which tooksome practice and know how. Poorly Planned Planner
I have been looking for a good organizer to replace my outdated Lotus Organizer. I am looking for a quality organizer that is simple, practical and easy to use. Anytime Organizer does not meet any of the criteria listed. The best part of this software is the box. It has great illustrations, pictures and lots of hype. What set this software apart for being bad?
A waste of money
I bought this software primarily because of two advertised features:
A great computer organizer
In the eight years I have worked in a church office, I have always used paper calendars and planners. I purchased this software two months ago and I don't know how I did without it before! The software does everything that I need it to do. I am especially impressed with the variety of printing options for calendars, to-do lists and combinations. It makes printing out weekly staff calendars a breeze. I also use the repeat option all the time for to-do items and dated events. The address book is a nice feature, though I have not used it extensively. I also like the notebook feature for quick lists. I do not have a palm pilot, so syncing it is for me, no problem. Old Technology and Confusing
This is basically the same dbase database that Goldmine released back in 1994.I have found that salesforce dot com and Act! are better products because they are account/contact related and not just a contact centric database.The company was in trouble and was bought by private investors.We lost our most important account in the database during a sync to remote site.Stay away from the sync product, if you have a remote sales force you are better off going with salesforce dot com. ...
