TOTAL DESTRUCTION
I could be home in bed. But I'm Fing around trying to undo the install of the biggest mistake I've made to date...purchasing, tossing money in the toilet for Nero7. The damage and the time it's taken to recover is about 20 times it's cost. Useless. I can't copy a disk. I can't burn and image. What's the deal???
Stick with Nero 5 or 6
Nero 7 wants to prevent you from generating ISO files and instead wants you to use its NRG CD backup file system. Then it doesn't want you to burn WAV onto CD but forces you to invest in MP3 encryption so that you can burn MP3 to CD. The software is full of these horrible twists that Nero has gone from the best burning rom to the worst burning rom by simply making it harder for you to do what you want. I rolled back to Nero 5.5 and had a fully functional and top of the line burning rom again.

NERO 7 -- A BUMMER
This software suite promises to do everything on earth, but doesn't tell us how.There is no useful help file.There are no tutorials or instructions on the website.And, Nero's support is a joke (just try to get a message through).I don't understand how a company that started out with the best burn program in the game has sunk to this. ... This software seems to be great but I WILL RETURN IT BACK TO AMAZONE.COM! You might ask why? the answer is so simple ! I cannot use this software since non of my ISP support SMTP server address (YOU NEED SERVER SETUP-You cannot use it as any other software on your computer) and what makes me feel bad that this basic requirement was not explained in product information and system requirement @ Amazone.com If you want to buy this product double check with your ISP and server administrator before you order it. ... Most recipients don't get the pictures
I was very disappointed in this product because, althought it does create beautiful email, less than half of the people I email it to can receive the pictures from this software.It basically renders the software useless for me.The manufacturer states on their website that this is a "very common situation."I quote from Novatix website:

I selected a photo to send bymsn mail.after pressing the send button, absolutely nothing happen.you have to start send emails back and forth or try getting someone on the phone.this software is too much trouble.i am sending it back to the company for free......
