Awesome tutorial instruction
I am very impressed with the Professor Teaches Office 2003, I have only started with the Excel but the manner in which the program is set up is great. You can really learn without attending classes with this product. I would recommend this for anyone trying to learn the ins&outs of such an important office suite.

An average product...
This is an average product in my opinion with not much really shining in it.Personally, I would just get Visual BASIC.Visual BASIC is about as "basic" as it comes when it comes to programing.If you think learning VB is hard then try making a program using C++.I'm not talking about VisualC++, im talking about actually opening up a compiler and typing the program out from scratch!

LOW COST ALTERNATIVE
This product will not turn you into a software developer, but at least you won't spend a couple of years attempting to master Visual Basic or C++. People can knock Instant.EXE, but it -Is-What-It-Is-! Instant.EXE fills the need to write usefull applications without wasting a lot of time and money! Compare $20-$50 for Instant.EXE to a whopping $750 for a useable Microsoft application suite! If you just want some of your own applications, this is it. If you want more than that, learn the .NET platform.

Products that shouldn't exist
I never baught the product, but I have delt with many non-programer software kits. After getting nowhere with all of them, I decided that I was better off just learning how to program. And I found that by putting my mind to it, I taught myself Microsoft Visual Basic, Visual C#, and even though I am only 16 I even managed to teach myself Visual C++. All I am going to say about this product is, lets face it, there is no effective way to write software then in a programing language like the ones listed above. If you don't like microsoft, there are many other companies also that develop similar products. Either way do your self a favor, rather than trying a dummy tool that probably won't get the job done, just learn how to program. It really aint that hard. ... Read more

Do not purchase this software!!!
I purchased this software for my daughter who is learning to read.I was surprised and disappointed to discover that the software has problems.For example, when we were on the Long Vowel section, the computer asked us to pick the picture that began with the Long U sound.There were six pictures to choose from one of which was a ukulele.The computer even told us the name of each picture when we put our mouse over it.We chose the ukulele and asked the computer to grade our answer.We were given a buzzing sound and told we were incorrect.Of course we were not.The same thing happened on each of the Long Vowel pages.Even when I moved on to Short Vowels there were similar problems.I feel for the children who use this software and are not rewarded for their correct answers.What a deep shame for their little minds to be confused by such a problem.This company obviously did not follow up with quality control and have people review the software before they put it out on the market.All of the current software boxes should be pulled right away so that children are not confused any more with the already confusing process of reading!! ...
