Much information, but bland
I expected a much more higher quality and interactiveness from a company as reputable as Microsoft. I found the writing to be bland and stale and somewhat difficult to stay focused. The presentations were done by peoplewho have no emotion in their voice, and it is very hard to pay attention.They just seem to drone on and on. They could have also used a betterexample (they use the airport architecture which is also used in anotherdesign books). This was a major dissapointment. I would recommend the userrather find a book. It would be much easier to learn from then this mess. ... Read more

Interesting ebook, but not an ecommerce software
I ordered this product because I thought it might help me to get some experience on posting e-commerce web pages.And here is what I got.A box arrived in my mail that had a cd on it.I inserted the cd in my drive,went through installation and found I had bought a e-book on how variouspeople and companies carry out e-commerce--From the rascals who rip you offvia phone to the web page builders who want to build credit card processinginto their pages.I found that this book was too lengthy to read all, so Ijust scanned it and put it away.It was trying to tell me how to become asucessful marketer when all I needed was to post a web page with creditcard info on it.If you want to get the one program does all, try thatother one called E-Biz or something like that.The reviews are better andat least you won't be wasting your pocket change.Now if you want a surveyon every aspect of e-commerce known to a professional, and how to attemptto market your product, give this thing a try. ... Best training for Office XP I've seen to date.
I've tried other Office training methods, including books, but this is, by far, the best way to learn the finer points of using Word and Excel.I have struggled with Excel for years, but with this cd, I was able to master it in less than 1 hour.The training was fun and interactive and I would recommend it to anyone.

Software has glitches. Also, "toll free number" non-existent
I just got Office XP and wanted to learn the software, so I purchased this. Learn2 Microsoft Office xp Complete Training Series
first of all, the 1-800 phone number on the package refers you to another number that isn't toll-free. It's all cd-rom and information on the package. That's it. I ran into problems: the tutorial kept stopping and it wasn't until the next day that I caught on that it was pausing by itself unprompted--it seemed that there was a glitch in the program--but it kept pausing and pausing and pausing.
