One of Two Top Software My Daughter Loves
Right along with the Giggles software this is the highest ranking software for my 3-year-old daughter. As Giggles taught her mouse movement and clicks, Kid Pix Delux has given her a new freedom of interactivity. While she can drag and drop amazing backgrounds, she loves to create lines and circles as they stretch and make goofy sounds. I set this program to automatically start when she turns on her computer. For some reason she loves to exit out of Kid Pix Delux first, go to Giggles (search Amazon for this product,) giggle at the cutest giggles when this program starts, and then comes right back to Kid Pix Delux to do her art work. The CD I bought is for Windows.

can't download to mac
I haven't even figured out how to download to my Mac. The Broderbund website is terrible, can't find correct information. No customer service, no telephone # that works. I am really frustrated. Thinking of returning product. My son will be really disappointed. I'd rather buy him paints.

Very addicting game
Bookworm Deluxe has been a neat change of pace type game for me. I usually play things like Doom 3, Joint Ops and so on but they can sometimes get boring. This game challenges the mind and you can easily loose track of time playing it. I've also found that it can be an educational tool if you have young kids just learning how to spell. There are a few really strange words in this game and the only thing from keeping this little gem from being a true educational tool is a better way to find out what some of those words mean. To some extent the game does this but it only seems to show up on certain words. Other then that it's a pretty cool way to challenge the mind.

A very enjoyable game, that can be saved to play again at a later date.Can compete with others without being online while playing.If you like words and spelling, this is the game for you.

My wife and I played the free demo game online and loved it from day one,so when i saw it for sale for $13.94 I jumped on it. The delivery was really fast,BookWorm was delivered within two days,My wife and I were really excited and ready two play,opened the packaging, popped in the disk and nothing happened ,I mean absolutely nothing,they sent me a blank disc. The BEST vet game ever!
I gave this game to my 7 year old daughter who has always dreamed of being a veternarian when she grows up.She absolutely LOVES this game.I have enjoyed playing it with her.We have to make money to buy feed, enclosures & supplies.She must budget, watch the time, eat, rest and sleep.Also, she has empolyees that help out and the funniest part is when the employee falls asleep on the bench in front of the clinic.When the vet falls asleep time is fast-forwarded and the animals look like they are doing a JIG in the enclosures.My daughter and I think this is just hilarious and laugh every time.This is an interactive game my daughter loves.Now if I could only get her away from it.Very addictive and fun for my 7 year old!

This game offers game play with no end, there is not only mini games where you can win prizes...but you also can play fetch and many other games with your petz.You can breed mixed dogs or purebred...and can even do selective breeding.
Haters Are Idiots
Hey, this is a great game. Just to tell the people who think this gaame is boring: Y'all must not be able to use a computer if you think there's nothing to do. Sure, this is a few-minutes-each-day game. But you can dress up your pets, you can breed them, (though I'm not sure about the crashing problem, I only had that with the fourth game installment) and you can use programs to make new breeds. For people who can't get any items, that's done with theminigames. And though you get bored after a half-hour to an hour, you go back to it the next day.

Should have been fun
It's a great concept and could have been a wonderful game.The graphics are just awful--not even good cartoons.There should be a playable tutorial to help newbies get started, but instead you just kind of stumble through it, learning as you go.Even with that, I hoped it might be fun once I got into it, but it crashes frequently.I wasn't expecting perfection but I certainly didn't expect to be this disappointed.

Pretty Good Game
In this game, you have a horse farm/resort. You have a horse that you take care of, ride, and breed. Eventually, you can show, too, but it is hard to win.Also, you have a resort on your farm, and you have to renovate and advertise. You have to keep up with your finaces all through the game.

Great preschool games
My 3 year old loves this game. He watches Dora on television, and I thought he might enjoy this. I was right about that. He can play the games on his own, and they are entertaining for him. I think some 3 year olds would have problems with some parts of the games while others would be able to play them all. I recommend this for kids from 3-6 years old. Great game!

My 2 1/2 year old loves it!
If you are looking for games for a younger child then this one is for you.I bought this 3 pack for my son for his second birthday and it has introduced him to computer operation, taught him pre-preschooler skills, and kept him busy (while I exercise, cook, clean, or take care of my 3 month old he has his computer time).He has been learning matching, number recognition, counting, colors, and even some spanish!I love it!He also loves to create 'drawings' and print them out to hang on his art wall (where we post all of his creations :) or send to his granparents. From this set, I have ventured on to buy more challenging games for him (however, he still enjoys regularly playing the three games), but as a starter set this one is great, especially if your child is as into Dora, Boots, and Diego as my son is.

Very simple!
This is simple and mindless.Luckily, I only paid $6.99 because it's not worth more than $5.I got it at a regular store, and it was the regular price.It wasn't on sale.$6.99 is their regular price.I only bought this because my kids like Dora.

Collect the stars
My almost five year old loves this game.She needed help in the beginning figuring out the controls, but as time goes along she's learning more and more about the computer.I worried that the gaming aspect would be over her head, but it isn't.She follows the story quite well and there are plenty of other activities on this disk to keep a child going for a while.

great starter game
this is a great game to help introduce a child to the computer. the games are simple enough to learn and work and does seem to keep their attention (if they are a girl anyway)the best way to learn how to use a computer is to get on one and play w it. i do not think an older child w a great deal of computer experience would enjoy it, unless they were a my little pony fan.
Granddaughter loves this game!
She plays it often, and while she does have to have a little help sometimes (she's five) she can do 90% of the activities on her own. I now have the My Little Ponies theme permanently embedded in my brain...

Great for 3 to 5 year olds
Easy to use, educational and fun game for 3 to 5 year olds.My son, 7, is too mature for this game now, but he used to play it a lot and learned patterns, letter sounds, rhymes and counting. My daughter, 4, is very much into it and is learning the same things too.

This is my 3 yr old daughter's favorite CD game
This is a really neat CD for kids. It is challenging, yet the game is very easy to navigate for kids. I can sit my daughter down, let her play, and not have to worry about her getting stuck because she cannot navigate. This is not some cheap game that is similar to the freebies online either. There are plenty of activities that really challenge my daughter. Plus, the activities get progressively harder. I have Blue's Clues, Stanley, Pooh, Mickey Mouse, Dinosaurs, and a few other games for her, but she likes this one best - even after some of the "newness" has worn off.

Great for babies, a bit too simple for toddlers
I bought the keyboard and a few of the games for my son when he was 2. He couldn't use the mouse yet but was always interested in the computer so this allowed him to play. He really loved pushing the buttons and watching the characters and other things appear on the screen. A few months later though he learned how to use a mouse and there was no going back. The games that you can buy for kids who can use a mouse are way more interactive and fun than this (and much cheaper). The keyboard is great for a baby or very young toddler, but too simple for older toddlers or pre-schoolers.

We received the comfy keyboard as a gift for my 20 month old son for Christmas.The description and product reviews here on amazon talk about an Elmo phone and that is incorrect.The Elmo phone is a separate product and I don't know why they have combined the two here.I have contacted amazon about this, but no changes have been made.I would contact them directly if you are interested in purchasing this item to be sure you are getting the right thing.

i suck and so does this game
i wrote a review for the other finding nemo game and i gave it 1 star! i dont know what i was thinking to buy this game because the last one was boring and way too easy. this one is no diffrent. it still sucks times 10. but i have to say the graphics are great!A+. BUT the game is still bad and as always i knew my brother would like it! he didnt and his 5. he said "this game is way too easy and boring. i dont want it."then he pretented to throw up. my mom didnt like it either. my friends thought they were too old for it because were 10 and my dad said why we bought this junk. so right now its sitting on the shelf dusty. we now have 20 dollars down the drain. stupid nemo and this company, they cant even invent a game that us 10-13 year olds can play.

basically a dollshouse
The game lives up to its name, its a dollshouse.You pick the furniture and put it where you like almost as a number of things refuse to allow you to place them where you want even when there is plenty of room. You cannot place an object or person behind another item unless you put the back item in first. A very Good Game
My 5 year old enjoys this very much. She got it last year from Santa, so she was able to navigate it at age 4. This is her favorite of the Princess Games. However, she gets very frustrated with the Fairy Godmother telling her "No Room There", because while you can drag and drop the furniture, you cannot overlap it. When the room is full, nothing else will go in. One of the Best Kids Games We Own!
We bought this game two months ago, along with two other kids games, and this one is by far our favorite kids game! Good Game, not malware
Another respondent has suggested that "Thomas the Tank Engine: Trouble On The Tracks" destroyed his computer.I seriously doubt this.It sounds like he unknowingly bought a pirated version that had a virus on it; or, more likely, this was just a coincidence of the person installing the Thomas CD, just when a virus was set to detonate.
This is a great game
This is the 3rd time I have purchased this game for my children.I have not had any trouble with the game, it's just that little hands aren't always careful with it.My 6 and 4 year olds have been playing it since they were 4 and 2 both of them love it.I Highly recommend this game.

I bought this software when my son was around 18mnths old.He is a total Thomas fan so he is always asking to play it.He loves to sit and watch Thomas and his friends travel around the island of sodor.He is currently 2yrs old and wants to play it every day.It really is a great piece to have my only complaint would be that he is now starting to get bored with the activities.It doesn't allow children who can not use the mouse to interact with it's games , which is important to keep them content.It also doesn't give you much else to do once you've mastered the five step program.It's the pictures, sound and graphics that keeps them coming back not the content and tools to learning.I would still recommend it don't be too disappointed.It would be nice if they came out with a game that the children could actually drive the train and interact with it choosing what destination to go to as well as being able to stop, start, pull forward and back up the train.something to think about.

My seven year old was a big fan of the I Spy books, but I wasn't sure how well they'd translate to the computer screen.We have been very pleasantly surprised by them.The image quality is much better than her other Reader Rabbit/Disney titles, and the games are SO much more exciting.This one keeps her occupied for hours.She doesn't need a lot of adult help figuring out the instructions, but we've had fun helping her search for the various items she needs to complete the game.I'd rate this one as "challenging for kids, but fun for the grown-ups, too." ...
